Most people think HR is paperwork. It isn’t. It is the quiet craft of making a global company feel small, present, and human to every single person on its payroll. That is the craft I chose.

I run the end-to-end hire-to-retire lifecycle across continents (pre-onboarding, onboarding, lifecycle, and the harder conversations that follow). I am at my best when a process is broken, a system is unfriendly, and a deadline is unreasonable. I work across Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, and People Central, and I treat every tool as a means to one end: a smoother day for the human using it.
